Here is the bike I sarted with...the Dyno Kustom Kruiser
got it home and started with phase 1. Swap out the fenders, wheels, stem and seat. I mounted the shifter onto the seat tube. The crank it turns out was crossthreaded by whoever assembled it so I replaced it with a Schwinn one.

Nope, I lucked out and found a person in Coatesville, PA selling the entire Dyno bike for the price of what the frames are going for now with shipping. ;D I think the only parts that are staying the same are the frame, seatpost and pedals. Everything else has been swapped out.

Man I;m really getting the bug for one of those. I got to get a paypal cushion going so I can jump on one next time. The one "C just sold was a major bargain. He is our go to guy on everything stretched.
Not that it matters what anybody else but you thinks about your ride...
The apes look comfy, but the custom extended flow with the bike and look way cool.

Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
The bars I extended still run a hair too forward and need to be touched up if you breathe on them wrong - paint and chrome don't mix. The stock cruisers are comfy, but not the right color...again, paint and chrome don't mix. These smaller apes combine comfort and style, so it's apes for now.
After riding it a bit there was one thing that bothered me. The springer creaked like my knees after Spin's ride on Saturday and flexed enough to let the fender struts rub in turns. I had the day off and got to tinkering with the old Girvin Fork I used on my Build-Off bike. It took an axle swap and a bit of cursing to get the fender mounted, but in the end the fork fit. No flex or noise, and it's even lighter than the springer.
plus it looks bitchin' I can't wait for the black cruiser bars to come in. I think the low bars will be the kicker

Start out slow, then ease up!

kingsnova: Hello all, I just bought a used 26" Mongoose Beast fat tire at a garage sale $140.00. Good deal till the rear bearings were loose and broke the axle. Anyone know how I can get parts to fix it?
