If anybody wondered what that little spring is thats on the fork just under the down tube. Its to hold the fender in place. I figured if i mount it fixed the movement of the fork and struts would cause the tab that holds the fender to the fork to tear of in time, so i solved it like this. First i secured the bolt that aslo has the lightbracket atached to the fork, then I did tighten the nut just so that the spring presses down the tab just enought o keep it in place but allows it to move in line with the fork.

 I took a long bolt that goes trough the lightbracket and the steerertube, then a nut went on to tighten that up. on went the fender a washer the spring and a plastic cover over the thread then another washer and a nut.
