BTW - for any train guys, there are bunches of old - really old -Ambroid train car kits on egay. They include the wood,& sometimes the glue & hardware, Kinda cool.
Let me dig in the attic. I bought like 7 of those kits in a hobby shop for 10 bucks years back. The guy was happy that they were gone. They smelled super musty but it turned out it was just the bass wood. I flipped a few and built one Sante Fe refrigerated 40' box car. Wow what a challenge that was. I have nothing but the utmost respect for those model builders back from before the war up to the plastic era. They had to have some serious skills to make those ( primitive by today's standards) kits look like the prototype.
