ast weekend I picked up a Dana 3 speed in complete, unbroken but rough and internally rusty condition. All the gears are there and none of the teef are broken. I'm sure I can bring it back to life. Watch it live here at the Underground Velo!

dirtydave: All I can recommend are anti-inflamatories and ice packs. My mom was a physical therapist, and no matter how uncomfortable it may be, a half-hour of ice does really help the circulation in the local area. Blood flow=oxygen=faster healing.

dirtydave: Bummer Squeel. I've been fighting spasms all day as I was working on the bike. Had a bout of the dropsies as well, so there were many opportunities for my back to rebel as I staggered around the garage. Spent an hour on an ice pack when I came inside.
